ASAP (Alcohol Safety Action Program)
The GHR Recovery Center is a certified provider for the Commission on Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program. We have completed an ASAM certification enabling us to be ASAP treatment providers. We help Virginia ASAP determine if substance-abuse treatment is necessary for people who have been convicted of a DUI or other alcohol-related reckless driving charges. If substance-abuse treatment is necessary we design a treatment program to meet your needs and to satisfy the requirements of ASAP and the court. We keep your ASAP case manager informed of your progress in group treatment.
Our mission is to help save lives by reducing the number of alcohol and drug related deaths and injuries due to driving accidents and to highlight the positive consequences of deciding to not drive impaired.
At the GHR Center, we are committed to providing treatment at a very reasonable cost (as compared with most other treatment providers). Our fees are as follows:
INITIAL EVALUATION $50
TREATMENT GROUP SESSIONS $25
RANDOM DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREEN (as needed) $15
BREATHALYZER (as needed) $5
